Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Design and implement efficient production layouts and workflow optimizations.
- Monitor production performance metrics and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing lines.
- Conduct time studies and cycle time analysis to balance workloads.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and production supplies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the microelectronics or electronics sector.
- Proficiency in using CAD software (AutoCAD) and manufacturing execution systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Malay (Malaysia context).
