Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize production processes, workflows, and supply chain logistics to ensure maximum project efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve resource allocation and minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with technical teams to support the design and implementation of water system infrastructure.
- Monitor project performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain high standards of workplace and site safety.
- Evaluate existing equipment and processes to identify opportunities for cost reduction and quality improvement.
- Assist in the procurement of engineering materials and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance records for all infrastructure projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in an engineering or infrastructure setting is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and engineering/project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Manila City.
- Knowledge of Philippine building codes and water system standards is a plus.
