Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize logistics operations to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency
- Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze production workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for industrial processes
- Conduct time-motion studies and workflow analysis to enhance productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
- Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Knowledge of logistics optimization and supply chain management
- Proficient in engineering software (AutoCAD, Minitab, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities
