Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Implement and maintain the 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) across all production areas
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify safety hazards, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven solutions
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal performance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and process optimization principles
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software (AutoCAD, Minitab, etc.)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate across departments
