Join Komitrando's engineering excellence team as an Industrial Engineer and drive transformative improvements in our production processes. You'll spearhead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to eliminate waste, optimize workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Optimize production processes using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Analyze workflow data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Design and implement process enhancements to reduce waste and increase productivity
- Develop standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Conduct time-motion studies and capacity planning
- Lead cross-functional Kaizen events for continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs and report on process performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (Black Belt preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Proficiency in Minitab, AutoCAD, or process simulation software
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis capabilities
- Experience with value stream mapping and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
