- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new manufacturing projects
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to improve productivity
- Design efficient workflows and layouts for production facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing/engineering environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in process mapping and simulation tools
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles
- Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project software
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Willingness to work in Cebu-based operations
