- Analyze and optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement programs
- Develop facility layouts and material handling systems for maximum productivity
- Conduct time and motion studies to standardize processes and eliminate waste
- Apply statistical methods to analyze production data and drive data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and process innovations
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Manage industrial engineering projects from conception through implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement or industrial engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and ERP systems
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), or related methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Experience with time and motion studies, workflow analysis, and bottleneck resolution
- Excellent project management skills with ability to deliver results on time
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and regulatory compliance
