As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing processes. Your expertise will be utilized to design optimal manufacturing layouts, perform rigorous capacity modeling, and develop cutting-edge manufacturing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement lean methodologies, and ensure that production targets are met with the highest quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement efficient manufacturing layouts to optimize space utilization and workflow.
- Conduct comprehensive capacity modeling to forecast production needs and allocate resources effectively.
- Develop, design, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity.
- Anze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with operations managers and production teams to enforce process standardization.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects, to reduce waste.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed reports on process performance and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in manufacturing process development, layout design, and capacity planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and process flows.
- Proficiency in engineering software and manufacturing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work on-site at the manufacturing facility in Calamba City.
