Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Advanced analytical skills with statistical software proficiency (Minitab, JMP)
- Experience with AutoCAD and engineering simulation software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems
