Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures to maximize efficiency and output quality.
- Conduct time and motion studies to determine optimal production rates and workflow bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement Continuous Improvement (CI) programs to reduce operational costs and waste.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify workflow inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions.
- Monitor and report on production metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and project progress.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and ISO quality management systems.
- Lead project teams to execute operational enhancements on time and within budget constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a focus on process optimization (minimum 1-3 years preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in manufacturing software, ERP systems, and CAD tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conveying technical information to diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles is a significant plus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
