Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain control systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements.
- Develop and analyze performance metrics to reduce production costs and material waste.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or workflow issues.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and Kaizen events to optimize factory floor layouts.
- Ensure all production processes comply with safety standards and company quality protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on production status and cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis software.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or 5S methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
