- Optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Lead Lean projects and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production facility
- Analyze production data, conduct time studies, and identify opportunities for process enhancement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement engineering solutions and process improvements
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and ensure optimal performance of manufacturing machinery
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes and continuous improvement methodologies
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in medical technology manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes
- Proven experience with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
