Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to optimize labor allocation and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of new process improvements.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of implemented changes.
- Train staff on new systems and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering simulation software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
