Siam Cement Group (SCG) is seeking a highly analytical and process-driven Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing facility in Cikarang Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, leveraging Lean manufacturing principles and cutting-edge data analytics to streamline production workflows.
As an Industrial Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement sustainable process improvements. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous time studies, optimizing plant capacity, and ensuring all SOPs are strictly maintained to meet international quality standards. Furthermore, you will utilize ERP systems and emerging AI-driven analytical tools to translate raw operational data into actionable insights, ensuring SCG remains at the forefront of industrial innovation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing production processes to identify areas for efficiency gains and cost reduction.
- Lead and facilitate Lean/Kaizen workshops to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the plant.
- Conduct comprehensive time and motion studies to establish accurate labor standards and production capacities.
- Manage and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and safety compliance.
- Leverage ERP data and AI-based analytics to monitor production performance and predict maintenance or capacity needs.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain departments to resolve operational hurdles and maximize throughput.
- Design facility layouts and workflows that minimize waste and optimize material handling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma methodologies, and 5S.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data visualization tools.
- Proven ability to conduct time studies and capacity planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
