Tanggung Jawab
- Lead comprehensive capacity planning and resource allocation strategies to meet production demands.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to optimize tester utilization rates.
- Implement methodologies to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and overall plant performance.
- Foster cross-team collaboration to resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues.
- Develop and maintain detailed reports tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational efficiency.
- Identify areas for process improvement and apply Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste.
- Manage inventory levels and logistics to ensure a seamless manufacturing workflow.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering, capacity planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, or ERP systems) to interpret complex datasets.
- Deep understanding of OEE concepts, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and continuous improvement practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven track record in resource management and process optimization.
