Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering
- Proficiency in time study analysis and work measurement techniques
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with capacity planning and production scheduling
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with industrial engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab)
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
