Datian Subic Shoes Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineer (IE) Leader to drive operational excellence and lead our engineering initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee process optimization, manage production workflows, and mentor a team of engineers dedicated to improving efficiency and reducing waste. You will work closely with production managers to implement Lean Manufacturing strategies and ensure that safety and quality standards are consistently met.
As an IE Leader, you will analyze complex manufacturing data, identify bottlenecks, and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Industrial Engineering team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analyze current production processes and implement Lean Manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing operations.
- Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to determine optimal resource allocation and production rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in material planning to ensure smooth production schedules.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry.
- Proven experience in a leadership role (Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager).
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in using CAD software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
