Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production data and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement sustainable development initiatives for operational excellence
- Design optimized manufacturing processes using lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing process improvement projects
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
- Create standard operating procedures for new processes and systems
- Conduct time studies and resource utilization analyses
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, SQL)
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong knowledge of textile production processes
- Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
