Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify workflow inefficiencies.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste and improve flow.
- Analyze production data and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to recommend improvements.
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex operational issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize material usage to reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and Six Sigma principles.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production schedules.
