Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate waste and enhance productivity
- Analyze production workflows using statistical methods to identify optimization opportunities
- Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing lines
- Develop production control systems for scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory management
- Create standardized work procedures and process documentation for operational consistency
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Monitor KPIs including OEE, cycle times, and first-pass yield to drive performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt preferred)
- Expertise in production control systems and ERP software (SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex production data
- Proven track record of implementing successful cost-reduction initiatives
- Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership abilities
