Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement methodologies
- Develop and optimize manufacturing workflows using time-motion studies and process mapping techniques
- Design standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production layouts for maximum efficiency
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process improvements and equipment investments
- Collaborate with quality control teams to reduce defects and enhance product consistency
- Train production staff on new processes and lean manufacturing principles
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular efficiency reports
- Lead Kaizen events and root cause analysis for production issues
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably garment/textile industry
- Proficiency in lean manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM, TPM)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and metrics
- Familiarity with industrial engineering software (AutoCAD, Minitab, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and root cause analysis experience
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines
