As a Supervisor, you will lead initiatives to reduce waste, improve procurement cycles, and enhance supply chain visibility. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement lean principles that ensure Maynilad continues to provide world-class service to millions of Filipinos.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to streamline Supply Chain Management (SCM) operations.
- Lead and mentor a team of staff to ensure operational KPIs and service level agreements are met.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, reduce cycle times, and optimize inventory turnover.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct time-and-motion studies and capacity planning to improve warehouse and distribution efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and dashboards for management regarding SCM performance and resource utilization.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards across all supply chain facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (Licensed Engineer is highly preferred).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations.
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a supervisory or senior role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex operational challenges.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
