Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production times and optimize labor utilization.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S principles to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Design and update facility layouts and workstation configurations using AutoCAD to improve material flow.
- Develop and maintain production KPIs, reporting on performance metrics to the management team.
- Collaborate with the production and quality departments to troubleshoot technical issues and improve product yield.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new equipment purchases and technological upgrades.
- Ensure all engineering processes comply with safety regulations and industry quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an industrial engineering role, preferably within the printing or packaging industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Visio).
- Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies; certification is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Must be willing to work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
