Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Monitor daily production progress and identify bottlenecks that hinder operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present accurate, timely reports on production status to top management.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and propose process improvement strategies.
- Coordinate with shop floor supervisors and procurement teams to align material availability with production requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards during all production phases.
- Maintain comprehensive records of production cycles, downtime, and output volumes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel for data reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Understanding of production planning software or ERP systems is a significant plus.
