Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and optimize production layouts to maximize efficiency and flow.
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard work times and improve labor productivity.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions using Lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Collaborate with production and quality teams to reduce waste and optimize resource utilization.
- Analyze production data to generate reports on capacity planning and operational performance.
- Lead continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to drive cost reduction and process stability.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) processes to ensure manufacturing feasibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced production setting.
