Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Industrial Engineering team to achieve site productivity and operational efficiency targets.
- Design, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing workflows to reduce cycle times and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Develop and manage capacity planning models to align with global production demand forecasts.
- Drive Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reduction initiatives through process automation and lean methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D, to implement new product introductions (NPI) efficiently.
- Perform ergonomic and safety audits to ensure a high-standard working environment for all production personnel.
- Analyze manufacturing data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Proven expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and process simulation software.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of semiconductor or precision laser manufacturing processes is highly preferred.
