Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard production times and identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement in productivity and cost-efficiency.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various footwear production stages.
- Monitor line efficiency and provide actionable data to the production team for daily performance optimization.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in facility layout planning to improve material flow and operational safety.
- Prepare regular analytical reports regarding production output, labor utilization, and efficiency metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of work measurement techniques, production planning, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight production deadlines.
