Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency improvements and cost reduction opportunities
- Support implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
- Collect and analyze production data using statistical tools to drive decision-making
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflow documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Participate in Kaizen events and process optimization projects
- Support quality control systems and root cause analysis of production issues
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab)
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing concepts and Six Sigma methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in team environments
- Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Relevant coursework or projects in process optimization preferred
