Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Engineering team in executing and monitoring active projects within the operations workshop.
- Analyze current production workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare performance reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality protocols, and workshop operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document technical processes and support new equipment setups.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Strong interest in manufacturing processes, operations management, and production systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Basic understanding of engineering principles, technical drawings, and manufacturing standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, physical workshop environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude toward teamwork.
