Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in analyzing and mapping current production processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Collect and analyze operational data, including cycle times, downtime, and resource utilization, to support improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement strategies.
- Help create, update, and standardize process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Conduct time studies and capacity analyses to optimize workflow and resource allocation.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions to address production challenges.
- Collaborate with production supervisors and team members to ensure effective communication and implementation of improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project findings and progress.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles, Lean concepts, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and possess a proactive attitude.
- Must be able to commit to the internship duration as required.
