Tanggung Jawab
- Design and deliver high-quality coursework in Industrial Engineering subjects in line with American-style pedagogical standards.
- Mentor and advise students on academic progress, career paths, and research projects.
- Conduct impactful research and publish scholarly work in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Collaborate with industry partners to integrate real-world applications into the classroom curriculum.
- Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and institutional accreditation processes.
- Develop innovative teaching materials, including digital tools and interactive laboratory experiments.
- Foster an inclusive, engaging, and challenging learning environment that encourages active participation.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field (PhD is highly preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching at the higher education level.
- Strong understanding of contemporary Industrial Engineering principles, including Supply Chain, Optimization, or Systems Engineering.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to deliver lectures effectively to a diverse student body.
- Commitment to academic research and ongoing professional development.
- Ability to adapt to an American-style academic system and utilize modern EdTech tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for student mentorship and engagement.
