Tanggung Jawab
- Lead industrial engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Analyze production processes to identify bottlenecks and implement cost-reduction strategies
- Develop and maintain manufacturing layouts, workflows, and standard operating procedures
- Oversee implementation of Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation and technology integration
- Manage departmental budget, resource allocation, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards (ISO, IATF)
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs, productivity trends, and improvement outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years industrial engineering experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred)
- Proven track record in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing waste
- Advanced proficiency in industrial engineering software (Arena, Tecnomatix, AutoCAD)
- Experience managing teams in multinational manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
