- Conduct process studies and analyze workflow to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
- Design and implement lean manufacturing principles across production lines
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
