KORRUN GROUP is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineering Staff to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting our commitment to lean manufacturing. You will analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies that enhance efficiency and significantly reduce waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze current production processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Implement and monitor Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques, including 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize labor utilization and reduce cycle times.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve operational issues and improve output quality.
- Monitor daily production KPIs and prepare detailed performance reports for management review.
- Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to reduce material waste and improve overall plant efficiency.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality control.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing plant setting.
