Eagle Sporting Goods is seeking a highly skilled Industrial Engineering Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Nganjuk. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our production efficiency, responsible for analyzing work processes, implementing time-study methodologies, and optimizing resource allocation to meet our high-quality production standards.
As our Industrial Engineering Supervisor, you will lead initiatives to eliminate waste, improve cycle times, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the production floor. You will collaborate closely with production managers and cross-functional teams to translate data-driven insights into actionable workflow optimizations. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily production processes to ensure adherence to efficiency standards.
- Conduct comprehensive time and method studies to establish accurate labor standards and production rates.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) to reduce production costs and cycle times.
- Optimize the utilization of human resources, machinery, and material handling systems.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing workstations.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective engineering solutions.
- Train and mentor production staff on new methods and efficiency-focused operational changes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in time study, motion analysis, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and workflow simulation software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex production metrics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Ability to adapt to contract-based projects while maintaining high standards of excellence.
