As an Industrial Engineering Technician at Greatech, you will play a crucial part in implementing Lean Manufacturing principles. You will be responsible for conducting time and motion studies, analyzing production data to identify bottlenecks, and preparing detailed production reports. Your expertise will help drive productivity and ensure our manufacturing lines operate smoothly and cost-effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning and design of production layouts and workflows.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify process improvements and reduce waste.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the manufacturing line.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production schedules and performance reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process optimization strategies.
- Maintain equipment and tooling standards to ensure operational safety and quality.
- Support the engineering team with technical documentation and CAD drawings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in an Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
