We are currently looking for a dedicated Industrial Engineering Technician to join our expanding operations in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard operating procedures and production targets.
- Analyze manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
- Design and optimize plant layout and material flow to minimize waste and maximize space utilization.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, flow charts, and capacity models.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for production issues.
- Assist in the design and specification of tools, equipment, and fixtures for manufacturing.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track production efficiency and identify trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Process Improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience in the automation or semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
