Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs
- Conduct time and motion studies to establish production standards and workflow improvements
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Collect and analyze production data using statistical tools to identify bottlenecks
- Assist in designing and implementing new production systems or equipment modifications
- Prepare detailed reports on process efficiency and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software)
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Good communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
