Eonchemicals is seeking a high-performing Industrial Manager to lead our Food & Beverage division in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge specialty chemical solutions and the evolving needs of the F&B manufacturing industry.
You will be responsible for driving market growth, building long-term partnerships with major production facilities, and ensuring our chemical solutions provide measurable value in hygiene, sanitation, and process efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Eonchemicals' footprint within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Conduct technical site audits to identify process inefficiencies and propose specialty chemical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, plant managers, and technical heads in the F&B industry.
- Provide expert technical support and product demonstrations to demonstrate value-added solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to post-sales technical account management.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and product efficacy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical B2B sales or industrial management within the Food & Beverage sector.
- Deep understanding of F&B manufacturing processes, sanitation standards (HACCP, ISO), and chemical applications.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Jakarta Raya region and surrounding industrial hubs.
