Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily production schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to quality standards.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation activities to optimize the flow of raw materials and finished products.
- Manage warehousing operations, including inventory management, stock accuracy, and storage optimization.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company specifications.
- Conduct regular safety audits and lead training sessions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Analyze production data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure procurement efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehousing practices, inventory control systems, and logistics principles.
- Proficient in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
