We are currently looking for a dynamic Industrial / Production Engineer to join our team in Gopeng, Perak. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and optimize existing production workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and improve product quality.
- Monitor production metrics and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for optimization.
- Ensure all production processes comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to prevent production downtime.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with production planning, scheduling, and process control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
