PT. Global Papua Abadi is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Industrial Relation Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team in Merauke, Papua Selatan. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment by ensuring seamless labor relations and strict regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will act as a strategic bridge between management and employees, addressing labor-related inquiries, managing industrial disputes, and ensuring that all company policies align with Indonesian manpower regulations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of collective bargaining, labor laws, and conflict resolution techniques.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive industrial relations strategies to maintain harmonious workplace relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and relevant government regulations.
- Serve as the primary liaison between company management, labor unions, and local government labor offices.
- Mediate and resolve employee grievances and industrial disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Advise management on disciplinary actions, employment contracts, and workplace safety policies.
- Organize and facilitate meaningful dialogues between stakeholders to prevent labor disruptions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on all industrial relations activities and compliance metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Human Resources management, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian Manpower Act and industrial court procedures.
- Proven ability to manage negotiations and resolve complex interpersonal or labor-related conflicts.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills (written and verbal).
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work independently in remote locations.
- Willingness to be based in Merauke, Papua Selatan.
