We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Industrial Relation (Senior Staff) to join our manufacturing team in Cikarang Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for all labor-related matters, serving as a bridge between management and our workforce to ensure a harmonious, productive, and legally compliant work environment.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and has a proven track record in conflict resolution, collective bargaining, and employee engagement within industrial or manufacturing settings. You will play a pivotal role in mitigating operational risks and fostering a positive organizational culture that aligns with company objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain positive day-to-day industrial relations, proactively addressing employee grievances and concerns to prevent labor disputes.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations (UU Cipta Kerja & UU Ketenagakerjaan) across all HR policies and operational practices.
- Lead or participate in collective bargaining processes, including the negotiation and maintenance of the Collective Labor Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Bersama/PKB).
- Act as the primary liaison between the company, labor unions, and local government labor offices (Disnaker).
- Oversee disciplinary processes, terminations, and investigations to ensure consistency and legal protection for the organization.
- Develop and implement engagement programs to boost employee morale and organizational commitment.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on industrial relations activities and labor trends for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and relevant ministerial decrees.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations with diplomacy.
- Proven track record in managing labor unions and conducting collective bargaining.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
