Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and labor unions to maintain a professional and constructive relationship.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations, government policies, and internal company bylaws.
- Lead and facilitate collective bargaining negotiations (PKB) to ensure fair and sustainable agreements.
- Proactively identify, mediate, and resolve employee grievances to minimize operational disruptions.
- Provide expert advice to department heads regarding industrial relations strategies and labor conflict prevention.
- Conduct internal audits and training sessions regarding company regulations and workplace ethics.
- Manage documentation and reporting for industrial relations activities and legal compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Relations, specifically within the manufacturing or heavy industry sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Indonesian Manpower Law (UU No. 13/2003, UU No. 6/2023, and related regulations).
- Proven track record in handling unionized environments and complex labor dispute resolution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High integrity, assertive, and capable of maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
