We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Industrial Relation Staff to join our Human Resources team in Pasuruan. In this critical role, you will act as the guardian of our company values, ensuring that all employee activities remain within the framework of company policy, local labor regulations, and legal standards.
The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a keen eye for detail, strong investigative skills, and the ability to navigate complex interpersonal situations with objectivity. You will play a pivotal role in resolving workplace disputes, conducting thorough investigations into policy violations, and providing actionable recommendations that help leadership maintain a productive and compliant work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported workplace violations and employee misconduct.
- Document investigation findings accurately and draft comprehensive reports for management review.
- Formulate fair and objective disciplinary recommendations based on company regulations and Indonesian labor laws (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Act as a mediator in conflict resolution between employees and management to foster a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on employee disciplinary actions and ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the socialization of company regulations and work ethics to all staff members.
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of company policies to ensure consistent application across all departments.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve industrial relation issues promptly and mitigate potential legal risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations, HR, or a Legal-related role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan).
- Proven ability to conduct objective investigations and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
