Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage industrial relations between management and employees to maintain harmonious workplace dynamics
  • Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian labor laws (UU No. 13/2003) and company policies
  • Handle labor disputes, mediations, and collective bargaining negotiations
  • Oversee industrial relations documentation including contracts, permits, and dispute records
  • Support general operations through facility management, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks
  • Monitor labor law updates and implement necessary compliance measures
  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture

Kualifikasi

  • S1 degree in Law, Human Resources, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 3 years experience in industrial relations or labor compliance roles
  • Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and dispute resolution processes
  • Strong negotiation and conflict mediation skills with proven track record
  • Proficiency in HR documentation systems and labor case management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Indonesian and English
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
