Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce comprehensive safety policies compliant with OHS standards and company regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and safety incidents to determine root causes
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors on equipment handling and emergency procedures
- Maintain accurate safety documentation, incident reports, and regulatory compliance records
- Coordinate with management to implement corrective actions and continuous safety improvements
- Monitor PPE usage and ensure proper implementation of control measures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial safety or manufacturing environments
- Certification in OHS standards (e.g., OSH, ISO 45001) preferred
- Strong knowledge of local and international safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
- Proficient in conducting incident investigations and risk analysis
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
