Winston Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in industrial pumping solutions, with a strong focus on the Oil & Gas sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, identifying technical requirements, proposing tailored pumping solutions, and closing high-value deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the Oil & Gas and general industrial sectors.
- Proactively identify and cultivate relationships with new prospective clients and maintain existing accounts.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain pump system specifications and benefits to engineers and procurement teams.
- Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and competitive commercial and technical proposals.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project requirements and delivery timelines are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the industrial pump or rotating equipment industry.
- Strong background and existing network within the Indonesian Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, data sheets, and pump performance curves.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly self-motivated with a customer-centric mindset.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as required.
