Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Engineers to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage and nurture key industrial accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the industrial equipment and components sector.
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product advantages to engineering and procurement teams.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and pricing structures.
- Collaborate with internal technical and logistics teams to ensure seamless project delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably with a proven track record in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth technical knowledge of industrial machinery, bearings, or power transmission components.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse team members and drive collective performance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to travel as required to visit client sites across the region.
- Strategic thinker with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and CRM management.
