Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within the assigned industrial market segment.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and account management.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, price negotiation, and contract closure.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide customized solutions and after-sales support.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with relevant internship experience in sales or customer service are a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with a strong desire to succeed.
- Valid driving license with own transport and willingness to travel within Selangor and surrounding areas.
